Prior to being released in the field, each FSE undergoes multiple courses and extensive on-the-job training. They remain up-to-date on all equipment and product maintenance through our mentoring program and yearly re-certification process. We have also developed a unique cross-training program in strategic global locations to ensure FSE's can provide a quick response for all modalities. Overall, the training program ensures each of our engineers are meeting all technical criteria and continuously growing their expertise.
