Service Agreement: Cataract

Regular inspection and preventive maintenance of your medical devices prolongs the life of your investment and ensures reliable performance and regulatory compliance. To provide you the security of support and maintenance coverage for your AMO Cataract equipment, we offer service plans that fit your business needs and budget. These plans provide the following services and benefits during your contract term:

  • Regular scheduled preventive maintenance
  • Reduced total cost of ownership by minimizing downtime and maximizing utilization
  • Predictable maintenance costs for more accurate service budgeting
  • Software updates and component retrofits for optimized performance
  • Service contract customers may be eligible for multiple system or multiple year discounts

Our AMO Total Care Service Agreement* includes:

  1. Fixed annual service cost regardless of the number or severity of repairs
  2. Pre-scheduled periodic preventive maintenance as per equipment specifications
  3. Unlimited phone and on-site calls
  4. All parts, labor, and travel expenses during the Term of the contract

Our AMO Essential Care Service Agreement** includes:

  1. All parts, labor, and travel expenses required for annual pre-scheduled periodic preventive maintenance as per requirement
  2. All labor and travel for reactive service calls during the Term of the contract
  3. Unlimited phone and on-site calls

* The AMO Total Care Service Agreement is available in all regions.
** This Service Agreement is currently only available for Cataract equipment in the United States.
